About

My path to coaching grew out of a lifelong interest in people, community, and personal growth.

For many years, I worked in social service and environmental nonprofits, leading community projects, workshops, study groups, and events. Again and again, I found myself drawn to the same question: What helps people move beyond what's keeping them stuck and create meaningful change?

Over time, I discovered that lasting change often begins with greater self-awareness, honest inquiry, and learning to trust ourselves more deeply.

My work and life have been deeply influenced by Buddhism and the work of Byron Katie. Kindness, self-awareness, curiosity, and acceptance of reality are at the heart of how I approach both life and coaching.

Training & Credentials

I earned my MA in Environment and Community from Antioch University Seattle in 2010. In 2015, after working with my own coach, I discovered the profession I had been searching for. Coaching brought together everything I loved: deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and supporting people as they move toward what matters most.

I received my first coaching certification in 2016 in the Dynamic Focus method, which specializes in resolving long-standing internal conflicts. In 2019, I earned my CPC (Certified Professional Coach) and ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) certifications through iPEC's Core Energy Coaching program.

Beyond Coaching

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me organizing women's social gatherings, exploring the Northwest, taking nature photographs, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning adventures with friends.
