As we bid goodbye (or good riddance) to 2026, let's not throw out the baby with the bath water!.... Reflecting back helps us find value in everything that happened and to identify the lessons life offered us, so we can apply them to our future and influence it for the better.
Reflecting back gives us the opportunity to acknowledge ourselves for what we've been through, and to celebrate who we have become. It enables us to leave the past year behind in peace, and move forward into the new year with clarity, and with the right kind of motivation.
December 2026 date TBA.
